Our Services

Greenville Cleaning Co. (a DBA of Pacific Reach Holdings LLC) connects clients with independent contractors who provide residential cleaning services, including Standard Cleaning and Deep Cleaning, across our service area in and around Greenville, South Carolina.

Booking and Pricing

Pricing is quoted upfront at the time of booking based on the details you provide (home size, service type, and frequency). Pricing is a flat rate per job, not hourly.

Payment

Payment is charged after your service is completed, processed securely through our payment provider (Stripe). By booking, you authorize us to charge your provided payment method upon completion of service.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice before your scheduled service time. Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled job price.

Access to Your Home

You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to your home at the scheduled service time, whether that's being present, providing a key, a door code, or other arranged entry method.

What's Included

Our services follow the checklist for the service type booked. Some items are excluded from all service levels, including exterior windows, laundry and ironing, garage and outdoor spaces, and handling of valuables or cash. Full details are available on our Checklist page.

Our Guarantee

If an area is missed during your clean, let us know and we'll arrange a re-clean of that area at no additional cost.

Insurance and Liability

Cleaners providing services through Greenville Cleaning Co. carry their own general liability insurance. If you believe damage occurred during a scheduled service, report it to us as soon as possible so we can investigate and address it.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
