We engage independent contractors on a fair, merit-based standard. We do not discriminate in our hiring and contracting decisions on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
We operate a fair chance hiring policy. Individuals with a criminal record are encouraged to apply, and a criminal record does not automatically disqualify a candidate from consideration. All contractors are subject to a standard background check as a condition of engagement, consistent with our screening process for all applicants.
