- Payment information, processed securely through our payment provider (Stripe) — we do not store your full card details ourselves

- Communicate with you about your booking, including confirmations, reminders, and updates

- With independent contractors assigned to your booking, limited to what's needed to complete the job (name, address, service details)
- With our service providers, including BookingKoala (scheduling and booking management) and Stripe (payment processing), each of whom has their own privacy practices governing the data they process
- We do not sell your personal information to third parties
Cookies and Analytics
Our website uses Squarespace's built-in analytics to understand site traffic and usage. We do not currently use additional third-party tracking tools such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel.

We retain booking and contact information for as long as needed to provide our services and comply with legal and tax obligations.
